We are looking for bright software developers with

  • 1+ years experience in software development. 
  • experience in a reasonable selection of the following technologies: C++, C#, VB.NET, XML, XSLT, SQL Server, MS Access and ASP-based web development
  • an aptitude for designing and developing Microsoft Windows applications
  • .NET and advanced Web-based applications is preferred.

Candidates must have

  • either a 1st or 2.1 degree in a relevant subject

Applicants must be

  • interested in seeing through the complete life cycle of a project from specification and design to implementation. 

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential since successful candidates will be working directly with clients.

Programming — Writing computer programs for various purposes.
Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Complex Problem Solving — Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
Active Learning — Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
Troubleshooting — Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.
Judgment and Decision Making — Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
Technology Design — Generating or adapting equipment and technology to serve user needs.

Reading Comprehension — Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
Operations Analysis — Analyzing needs and product requirements to create a design.

Systems Analysis — Determining how a system should work and how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes.
